September Soak Time..............
Taking a bath is less about cleansing your body and more about cleansing your mind.
Sight: Close the door and dim the lighsts or light a candle.
Sound: Play soothing music - or do the opposite and opt for the sound of silence to still the mind.
Smell: Add essential oils to scent the water and air.
Touch: Use a loofah after soaking. Wrap yourself in a large, plush towel. Apply an ultra-rich lotion.
Taste: Drink a glass of water after your bath to rehydrate. Consider following it with a cup of chamomile tea.
